Wiring Information for Kitaco Inner Rotor

Stator​

  • Contains one white wire and one black or black & red wire.

Black Box (CDI Ignition)​

  1. Green Wire: Serves as a ground wire.
  2. White Wire: Connects to the white wire from the stator.
  3. Black & Red Wire: Features two connections. One connection is for the black or black & red wire from the stator, while the other connection is for the kill switch wire.
  4. The next two wires should be one yellow and one red, equipped with horseshoe connectors. These connect to the terminals on the coil.
  5. Position the IRK stator at the center of the adjustment range, ensuring an air gap equivalent to the thickness of a business card or 0.012 inches.
